About Our Club and Field

The Daytona Beach RC Association (DBRCA) celebrated our 50th anniversary in 2019.  That's 53 consecutive years of flying models and having a good time doing it!

Our field is located in Port Orange.  The gated entrance is located off Tomoka Farms Rd (SR 415), approximately 100 yards north of Halifax Dr.

The field offers two covered pavilions with concrete pads. There is a large main pavilion with picnic tables. The second pavilion is near the helicopter flying area.  The flying site does not offer trash pickup, so please take any garbage you may leave behind with you.

There are two solar panel charging station at the field.  The main system at the airplane pavilion can handle multiple charges, 12VDC and 120VAC with lots of AMPS available.  The solar power system near the Helipad is limited to a single 12V charging connection and can handle charge rates up to 4 Amps.
